Mr. Sean McNeil, P.E., President/Principal

Mr. McNeil has over twenty (21) years of engineering design, research, manufacturing, and project management experience. He has proven experience in successfully solving problems and implementing strategies in governmental, commercial, industrial, and public works projects.

Mr. Robert Carroll, P.E., Vice President/Principal

Mr. Carroll has been a project engineer with McNeil Carroll Engineering, Inc. for more than eleven (11) years being responsible for design and permitting of stormwater collection/treatment systems, wastewater collection/ transmission systems, water distribution systems, solid waste facilities and all associated permitting. Mr. Carroll also has extensive experience in planning of residential subdivisions, school facilities, commercial developments and water and wastewater systems.
